A five reel, 20 payline slot game, Gobblers Gold has been introduced by Rival Gaming Software. It has a Thanksgiving theme with all the requisite icons associated with the occasion. It is a video slots game featuring an introductory video of a pilgrim family preparing for a thanksgiving dinner.
The symbols have been executed in cartoon style and include a pilgrim man, the ship Mayflower, pumpkins, pumpkin pie, a turkey, and a house, a plate with a fork and piece of cake, corn, a fruit basket, vegetable basket and a turkey which is the jackpot symbol.
The animations in Gobblers Gold are quite delightful like the corn turning into gold when you have a winning combination. Other animations include a girl and a boy breaking out of a haystack. An interesting background sound track includes soft flute music and effects such as the chirping of birds.
The game has one wild icon, two scatter symbols and one bonus game.
Wild Symbol: The turkey is the wild symbol. It can be used as a substitute for any other symbol to create a winning combination except for the scatter icon. The turkey needs to show up on an enabled payline to in order to complete a winning combination.
Multiplier Symbol: This is also represented by a turkey. One turkey is a 2x multiplier, two turkeys act as a 3x multiplier, three turkeys as a 4x multiplier and four turkeys as a 4x multiplier.
Scatter Symbol: A scatter symbol here is the Mayflower. The bonus round will be triggered by three or more Mayflowers appearing at any point on the five reels. The Scatter Symbol will come into play with out having to be enabled.
