Stash of the Titans is a relatively new game; it was launched in August of 2008. As the name suggests, the slot title is loosely based on the film Clash of the Titans, so the game has a distinctly epic feel to it.

Well, honestly, it's a bit more tongue in cheek than the film ever was. I mean, yes, the major characters from the original Greek legend are all present and accounted for, but they're represented as stylised caricatures with a distinctly light-hearted tone.

I really like the look of this game; it's like something Disney might do, if they made slots. Cerebus looks like he'd rather give you a hug than kick your head in, the Centaur looks like he's posing for the cover of GQ, and Medusa? Cute! Seriously cute, actually. Apparently vile witches that can turn you to stone with a single glance need love too.

So, on to the specifics of this neat game. Like most slots these days, it has five reels. It's a penny slot but it takes coins up to 20 cents. The maximum number of coins you can bid on a spin is 200, so it's plenty appealing if your tastes run higher than pennies, especially since the big jackpot is a whopping 50,000 coins.

The wild symbol

for the slot game is the Stash of the Titans logo itself, which substitutes for pretty much anything except the scatter symbol, obviously. The wild symbol is also multiplier that doubles the win for every appearance of it - so for example two wild symbols means your winning is quadrupled.
