Break Da Bank Again is a sequel to Microgaming's wildly popular slot title "Break Da Bank." That game was so successful that they just had to come up with a new version, and it's actually something of a connoisseur title, because the maximum amount of money you can win playing it isn't immediately obvious to everyone.
The theme of the game is clearly money, and quite possibly the robbery thereof, although I doubt Microgaming intends to advocate burglary as a method of getting rich. The graphics include a massive bank vault, shiny bars of gold, massive stacks of gold coins and heaps of jewels.
Clearly, all about the bling. Of course there is also the usual bunch of poker high cards on display too.
Let's look at the technical side of this game. It has five reels and nine pay lines, and you can activate or deactivate as many of them as you'd like for any spin. It takes wagers of just one penny to a top size of 50 cents, with a maximum coin limit set at 90.
Now, the reason most people miss out on this slot is that the jackpot is advertised as 1,500 coins. But don't let that, or the fact that it was released on April Fool's day, put you off: this game is no joke.
Hit the jackpot during the easy-to-get free spins and with the right stack of multipliers the jackpot climbs all the way up to 375,000 coins. Suddenly taking a new look at this game, aren't you?
The Break Da Bank Again symbol is Wild. You can use to substitute for anything except the Scatter to complete a pay line. Moreover, it's the Wild Multiplier - any pay line that it completes could be multiplied randomly by either five times or by 25 times!
The Scatter symbol is the bank vault. Hit three or more of these, and you'll be awarded 25 free spins of the reels. What's more, during this time any wins are automatically multiplied by five!
There is also a gambling bonus game where you try to guess the colour and suit of a hidden card. Get it right and you could instantly quadruple your winnings.
All in all, this game is a nice little earner that many slots players accidentally overlook by not doing the math.
