Superman Slot Theme

The Superman Slot uses a similar layout to other rCytologic slots with an all new skin. The background has two looks depending on your gaming options (more on this in ‘features’) and the reel icons appear to be right off the DC graphic designers desk.

These reel icons include Superman, Louis Lane, Lex Luther, a careering train, a tank, fist, kryptonite, glasses, the Daily Planet globe, a tank and Superman symbols. All of which include their own animation and where appropriate themed sound effect.

The betting options are controlled using Cryptos standard method of bet multiplied by lines. This offers an impressive array of bets ranging from 0.01 to $1,200 when the bonus bet is activated.

Crypto has also included a handy auto play option which can be set to a range of spins from 1 to 999 using your preset options.

Superman Slot Features

The Superman wild icon can appear on any reel and where possible will substitute for other symbols to help create more wins.

The Superman Slot has a maximum of 50 lines as standard, you can boost this to 60 lines by pressing the bonus bet button. This changes the background into a fiery inferno and unlocks the possibility of unlocking bonus wins.

Ten free spins are won when the wild icon appears on reels 2, 3 and 4 at the same time. During the free spins one of the reels becomes a mega wild and awards a random multiplier to any win created. The background also turns into Superman’s cave, which is a nice touch.

At least three bonus icons are required to trigger the ‘save the world’ bonus round. You are asked to blast through a meteor shower, stop Lex Luthor’s missiles and then track him down in his secret lair. During each round you basically select a random allocation of targets, with the final round either defeating Lex or unveiling Kryptonite. The end result will always be a winning one, it’s just larger if you make it to the end.

Cryptologic has done a great job with this slot, it really does the films and comic justice and it’s refreshing to see such a well designed video slot with great features.
