Ghouls Gold Theme

An animated ghost appears on the lefthand side of the screen behind the Ghouls Gold logo. He’s the friendly type though so there’s no need to be scared ;-). The reels are located on the righthand side with buttons below this section to adjust bets, bet max and spin the reels.

The view payout button loads the paytable which shows each icon, winning combinations and details on each bonus feature. Each of the icons uses a halloween theme and include candles, bats, cauldrons, ghosts, haunted house silhouettes, green 7’s, cash sacks, gold coins and jackpot sacks.

Up to five coins can be used on each payline with a value of 0.05 to $5 each. As there are three paylines this means the maximum bet is $15 whilst smaller wagers are available from 0.15 per play.

Ghouls Gold Slot Features

The coin stack icon is wild for any icon except jackpot. It can appear in any position and you can even hold wilds if a win has not been produced for one turn. As with the other icons this extends all the way up the reel.

The bonus round is unlocked when three bonus ghosts appear on any payline. You can even use wilds alongside bonus icons to trigger the round. The round starts with a set of instructions asking you to catch as many ghouls as you can by clicking on them; this exercise is timed so you have to be quick. Each ghoul color is worth something different, we managed to catch 17 ghouls on our first attempt for a 72 coin return (if you’re quicker we are sure this can be beaten).

The bonus round is a great addition and puts other three reel slots to shame. You’ll be clicking away like mad to catch those ghouls. For this feature alone we’d recommend playing Ghouls Gold, although the rest of the slot is pretty good too.
