The story of Stakelogic starts with Novomatic, which delivers its online gambling content via its subsidiary Greentube Internet Entertainment Solutions GmbH. The company has established another subsidiary, known as Stakelogic B.V., in 2014 but it wasn’t until February 2016 that the industry saw a series of its new 3D games hit the market. Joining Novomatic at the 2016 ICE Totally Gaming Expo, Stakelogic revealed 17 games including its innovative Slots 360° technology coupled with 3D graphics. In addition to game development, the company offers MOBi, its mobile platform.
Upon taking a closer look at a few of the game titles we noticed that we recognized them from somewhere. Back in 2013, Sheriff Gaming, owned by Bubble Group, was found to be fixing its games to allow only select players to win jackpots. This eventually led to the seizure of its assets by Dutch authorities, who eventually sold them to Novomatic. Just prior to the seizure and sale, Blue Gem entered the market with the series of games tied to Sheriff Gaming and has since been shut down.
Today, Greentube has trademarked Sheriff Gaming and its games, which why we see familiar titles such as The Amsterdam Plan and Las Vegas Fever as part of Stakelogic’s portfolio. The sale was legitimate and these titles are no longer associated with the rogue behavior of Sheriff Gaming owners. The games were popular among online gamblers in their heyday and the good news is that they’ve been brought back under the Stakelogic name supported by the good reputation of Novomatic.
Offices are located in The Netherlands and Malta.
In terms of the games, the themes and features are quite unique across titles such as Football Gladiators, Dice Fortune, Monkeys of the Universe, Extreme, King Bam Bam, Dragons Mystery, The Amsterdam Masterplan, Las Vegas Fever, Spartus, Joker Fortune, Fruit Smasher, Shocking Wild, Game 2000, Random 2 Wild, Random 2 Wins, Twin Joker, Random Runner and Cash & Camels. Exciting features include expanding wilds, scatters, wheel bonuses and much more. All games are available via desktop and mobile giving every player convenient access.
You can’t discuss the games without exploring the Slots 360° technology. What makes this technology unique is the total 360 degree experience allowing players to gain a full 360 degree perspective. Slots 360° technology is not available across all titles but Spartus and Cash & Camels are examples featuring this innovation. What exactly is Slots 360°? Using Spartus as an example, players are taken to different battle scenes, which change the backgrounds at various stages during game play including when the bonus feature is triggered. Additionally, a 3D warrior stands guard as you spin the reels in some battle scenes. The technology is aimed at drawing the playing into environment by showing a 360 degree view of the scene.
Mobile gaming is an important aspect of online gambling and the company comes through with its MOBi mobile gaming platform, which was designed specifically to enhance game play by offering the same quality of games as seen in desktops versions.
It’s not uncommon for mobile game version to later follow desktop game releases but with Stakelogic, all games are initially released for desktop and mobile eliminating the delay.
