Just today i found my sportsbook account at interwetten to be credited with 5 EUR bonus. So i contacted customer support(CS) asking for T&C.An hour later i received email from their CS saying :

"Dear Mr. ***,

we have already canceled the granted bonus. (we refer to our terms and conditions). "
 Huh?
LOL Grin...i only wish i had placed couple of bets, and then tried to withdrew in case of winning...

UPDATE

this is so crazy. Some 20 minutes ago i received email from Interwetten customer support saying i was awarded with 5 EUR bonus , and it also says : "This bonus is valid for a maximum of seven days from the sending of the email and can not be exchanged for cash."
So i emailed them again asking to credit my account once again with promised 5 EUR..
So the real questions remains unanswered , why did they in 1st place gave me the bonus, only to remove it once i requested T&C's,and then send me the email saying i was awarded with bonus... Huh?
I dont really care for 5 EUR, i just dont have smarter things to do at the moment but to argue them..hehe  Cool

I'm not really playing with them anymore. Their sportsbook deposit bonus had really tough t&c (only wagers on bets with 2.0 odds or more count towards WR... and strangely Interwetten gives much better odds on favourites than underdogs...). Took me ages to complete it, then comes the double currency exchange issue when withdrawing. On top of that, they're infamous for canceling their casino bonus few months ago, voiding winnings and returning original deposit to all participating players due to 'technical error'. The only problem is they've returned money only to the winners without returning any money to those that have lost everything (or part of it, it was all well discussed on CM)

Maybe if I get desperate one day I'll go back, but right now there's plenty more fish in the sea.

I tried to clear their casino bonus couple of months ago, but i run to some technical error, not allowing me to enter the casino lobby...i talked to support but they couldnt help me, so i have decided to withdraw. They actually charged me 10 euros fee for not making any bet. I never played there since..
As of 5 EUR bonus nothing yet....bastards  Shocked lol
