ok i see, i hope u can persuede him then, i dont like the thread system though, i think it is best on the number of thank yous we recieve, lets see what happens though, i supose anything similar would be good too though

ok ok, but i also didnt like the slot idea, i think maybe you could just reward the top 5 thread starters every month then there is no need for a thread, then you just need to talk to a casino you are an affiliate for and ask them to do the prizes maybe, and the top 5 prices could be like a tournament so it goes down in size

but then i just thought of an issue, that casino might not work for you, so the below cash option sent to moneybookers or neteller would probly work best

like for instance

first place: £20
second place: £15
third place: £5
fourth place: £3
fifth place: £2

or something like that then we wont need to do a slot tournament, the casino u get on board to do this could just credit it as a bonus, for example or we get an option to have cash sent to us via moneybookers or neteller or similiar

thank you for all your suggestions.

Like Lips said earlier, we have been contemplating this idea for quite some time now.

The main reasons why we still havent done anything are :

a. potential abuse by members ( whether its ty given/received or useless posts just to rank up the numbers)

b. difficulties in programing a system which would automatically calculate ( taken the criterias we set up ) and give points which can later be redeemed for various prizes ( including cash, vouchers, LCB branded tshirts, mugs and such ), and making such system to be fair and abuse free.


I think for now we should do a test trial with best topic starters of the month and give some prizes accordingly.

We will make something starting the following month.

As a conclusion we have always been interested in awarding our loyal membership ( hence the various contests and prizes and money awarded in past ) and will continue to do so.

We are also making plans to introduce a LCB shop, where you will be able to redeem free stuff like LCB branded T shirts, mugs, caps, amazon vouchers etc.
