The chatroom is nice, but it is not close to what Skype is.

With Skype you are actually speaking with people, not typing in short messages,
and if your peeps all get webcams, then you can actually see who you are speaking with. 

It is much more personal.

Agreed Nal but it is also open to abuse and if I were a chat mod, I certainly wouldn't want somebody swearing and being abusive in my ear.

No reason why your close friends on here couldn't get a group together though and you don't need LCB to do that.

I am not saying LCB needs to get  SKYPE in here Blue...I was just saying the obvious...SKYPE is not chat.  Zuga said we already have the chatroom. 
Personally, I don't think I would like it myself.  And in your position, I would want it even less  Grin

I wouldn't want skype kinda like what Blue said, people get crazy, and webcams.. i got stalked using mine, it was crazy.. facebook a year ago i was stalked on that, closed my account and haven't been back since...
Chat is much easier to go by, it works fine for me here.
