SEPARATE PRIVATE MODERATOR FORUM

On a site where I used to be Admin / Moderator we used to have a separate forum for mods and admin that only mods and admin could see and post in.  This was purely to post suggestions / ideas / tell mods about things that may be going on that they should know about / etc etc.  It was extremely useful and proved to be a great area where ideas/suggestions were born or dismissed by mods and Admin.  It was also a great way to keep in touch with each other without the world and his wife knowing about it.

Not sure if this would be useful for this site but I thought it worth mentioning.

Even though I am not a moderator,  I think it is a great idea.  Brainstorming as if you are in a board room would help weed out the kinks before it goes to General Public.

That is a terrific suggestion. Anytime we are able to share what is going on and throw ideas around with others, it can only lead to being more successful. Great idea Blue.

I have often thought of the same thing. There are things that we may not want to put out there so readily. I know for myself there has been moments i have held back, feeling it might not be a good idea to discuss publicly into regards of brainstorming.

I feel reluctant to pm Zuga with every time to have a concern, thought or idea.
