Previous episodes have been highlighted by Joan Rivers comparing Duke to Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini. This week’s task challenged the teams to create a four-page spread in Sports Illustrated (SI) for Right Guard Fast Break. Each ad would prominently feature New York Knicks Power Forward David Lee, a rising star in the NBA. Because of last week’s loss, Kotu was down to just two members. Show host Donald Trump sent West Coast Choppers CEO Jesse James to the team, which ultimately chose country music star Clint Black to be its Project Manager. Playboy Playmate of the Year Brande Roderick became Project Manager of the all-female team Athena, which featured Duke and the younger Rivers, who is a producer by trade.

The dismissal ignited a melee among Duke, Roderick, and the Rivers family. Joan Rivers told her team, “You have a Nazi and a follower. I don’t work with scum.” Instead of exiting the building immediately, as is customary, Melissa Rivers instead fled to her mother, telling off Celebrity Apprentice staff in the process. To two producers, she stated, “F*** you. F*** you. I’m not doing an interview.” Between the edited profanity, the words “whore” and “pit vipers” were clearly audible. Passing Duke and Roderick in the hallway, Melissa Rivers greeted, “F*** you both. Goodbye.”

Annie Duke and Joan River's Face Off On Celebrity Apprentice

This coming Sunday is the second season finale of Celebrity Apprentice. The 3  hour live final episode airs at 8:00pm. Note that this article contains language that is not appropriate for all audiences.

On the last week episode, Joan Rivers went furious on Annie Duke and her teammate, Brande Roderick, for working together against Rivers’ daughter, Melissa Rivers, and getting her fired by Donald Trump.


In a expletive outburst, Joan Rivers called Annie Duke a “Nazi” and “White trash” poker player. Leaving with her daughter Melissa Rivers in the Trump Tower and left the audience  are puzzled whether Joan Rivers would return to the Celebrity Apprentice.

Joan Rivers comes back to the show prior to the week's task. Duke commented, “I wasn't surprised Joan came back. Joan is completely full of s*** in everything she does. There’s a reason she got fired by the TV Guide Channel: She’s a b****.”

After the task of creating a jingle and 30-second commercial for the leading tuna brand, Chicken of the Sea. The 2 teams had to compose their own lyrics and tune and incorporate the phrases to the original jingle.

In KOTU team, Joan Rivers was determined about adding her punch line, but her team mate Clint Black chosen her to walk across the stage holding a sign flagging the song during their presentation.

On the other hand, team Athena got Annie Duke in behalf of her team mates, she noted that a female voiced of the song is more effective because 80% of Chicken of the Sea's customers are females.

Duke advanced  to 2-0 as Project Manager and defeated Rivers. The team KOTU went to the boardroom, their team only got 30% of money over the show. Clint Black was fired.

Annie Duke, Joan Rivers, Jesse G. James and Brande Roderick were immediately called back into the boardroom the Celebrity Apprentice Season 1 winner piers Morgan interviewed them.

Piers Morgan said that 2 more persons will be fired, and the 2 remaining persons will advanced to the next week's final showdown. He also asked what Rivers comments about the issue with Duke.
Rivers said, “My main problem with Annie is that she’s very manipulative. She is a poker player. That’s all she is. She is a mean, vicious, divide-and-conquer person.”

Donald Trump fired Brande Roderick, leaving Annie Duke, Joan Rivers and Jesse G. James.

Morgan point at the issue of Jesse G. James lack of fund raising ability and he is fired, leaving
 Annie Duke and Joan Rivers which will advance of the Celebrity Apprentice Season 2 season finale.

Now these 2 controversial ladies are facing off next Sunday, Joan Rivers initiated, “I am very unhappy at who I’m playing against because Annie is such a player. Her life is about playing. I will do what I have always done in the past: Put on blinders and do everything I can to win.”

Duke commented. “I don’t think Joan Rivers is a nice person. I don’t think you can be a nice person and say the things she has about me and my friends. I’m now taking this personally.”
