Tried to complete the registration process but received this message:
"We do not accept account registrations from your legal jurisdiction. Sorry for the inconvenience."
The home page indicated that they accept US players, but I guess not from California. :-\

Wait for 24 hours and then contact support if you don't get the bonus.
Anyway this is a good casino. I deposit here a lot of times and they pay me 900$ without any problem after they check my documents.
