I'm not sure about a free chip but I used a bonus coupon with a deposit and I made the playthru and my max cashout was $200.00, I made a withdrawl of $270.00, I went to live chat before hand and he told me to do it that way, 70.00 is what the bonus was for...I did that on Oct 10,2008 it was approved on Oct 28,2008 and I got my money on nov18th by money gram but keep asking live chat in the withdrawl department, I could never get an answer when I emailed them but finally I seen the button for live chat in the withdrawl section and they told me about my money waiting on me at any Money Gram place, I got $184.00 after the fees....Hopefully since you are a depositer as long as you didn't use 2 free chips in a row, I hope you get at least the max cashout.....keep us posted.....mrgmomma67

If it is a free no deposit chip - you can only cash out 2 x the amount of the chip ! example: $50 free chip - cashout $100
