Or the CS rep you got, wasn't clued in to what this was about possibly. So many ways to take this frankly, but still shady..Uh huh.

Tinmanfan...it sounds 2 me like he was tryin' 2 set u up so if u did win on that $15 bonus u would never be able 2 make a withdrawal 4 having more than 1 account. Winward SUCKS!!! Yeah, that's what I thought too! So, they've been crossed off my list of playable sites....

I was sooooo pissed off about that deceptive email, oh yes, I got one too! I wrote back and gave them a, rather large, piece of my mind! We have enough casinos out there that we do not trust and now the list is a little bigger! I told them that I hope to see their name at the bottom of LBC's casino list, with a note that says CLOSED ON ??/??/?  Jade

Just want to add my 2cents worth because I too received the same email. Below is an extract from my conversation with Frank from online chat. If they are sourcing new customers then they have gone about it in the wrong manner. After this extremely misleading email I will never meet their "certain client" standards.
