also if you open task manager and end task under the Processes tab casino.exe also fixes it.
Some sites like realtime gaming if you log and use a coupon from one sight it hangs and will carry to the next site you go to, not allowing you to redeem coupon and get: Unable to redeem coupon at this time please call customer support blah blah blah  (hate that notice )

Thanks Spadeaholic and luvkittynumber1 (again).  I tried both of your suggestions and finally succeeded in clearing a playthrough at Party City that was stuck for months.  When I tried using one of the suggestions it didn't work..but after performiing both...taaaa daaaa...ready for another freebie!

I got this 2 work 4 me @ Casino33 a few days ago & 4got 2 update my log until now.

If this does work/not work 4 u please make a comment here letting me know which casino it was & I will make a note of it on my log that I have posted on page 2, reply #21 of this thread. I am trying 2 pinpoint y this works at some & not others.

Has anyone had luck at POC doing this?  I was able to do it at Cool Cat and Club Player, but not at POC.  Also, at Royal Ace when I sign on it is blank where my user name and password usually goes, I tried clicking on forgot password, but it won't let me even put my email addy in, I got a feeling this means I am locked out!! Undecided  Thanks you guys are the best, I love this site!1

mkconradi  I had the same problem with Royal Ace for months....I even contacted their support and they said it must be a problem with my computer.  Once I openned the casino login box all I could do was exit... I couldn enter anything in the account or password boxes.  Nothing worked but exit.   Then one day I left the log in box open for a few hours and when I went back my account name was there and I was able to enter.   Even now when I open that casino...it takes awhile before my account name shows up.  I don't know what to tell you except that you aren't alone...and perhaps leave the login box undisturbed for awhile and check back later.

Thanks so much, I left the login box open and bingo, a few hours later my name came up.  It had been since August since I was able to login.  Now all I need is a new code!!!
