Yeah, I figured this was how it would go down but when $25. turns into, ahem, $15,000, well I turn into a contract lawyer.  Here is what I found of relevance:

If you have previously enjoyed any of our non-deposit free chip offers, you will not be eligible for any successive non-deposit free offers until and unless you have made a real money deposit within three months.

This rule does not disallow consecutive free chips, to the contrary, it outlines the conditions under which you may redeem consecutive free chips, i.e. if you have deposited within the past three months. (SWEEEEEET, I SAY TO SELF, CONDITION SATISFIED!)


You can cash out the max. of 2 times of your deposit on free chips.

(HMMMMM.....Huh?Huh?Huh??) Um, isn't "deposit on free chips" a contradiction in terms, or am I just an oxy moron?


When a free chip is not attached to a promotion the max withdrawal amount is the chip itself

(OK, speak really slowly but......) Isn't the free chip ITSELF promotional?  So, say it isn't.  How might someone withdrawal when the value of the chip (say $25.) is less than the minimum allowable w/d amount (say $100)?

Of course I didn't expect live chat to be able to explain any of these deeply perplexing riddles (since, magnanimously, they seem employ those less fortunate folks who were born without a brain), so I tried to keep it simple.  Here's my chat....

mlemire: maybe you can help me understand what you mean by by two accounts. I don't see how that is possible.

Um, anything else??? Doesn't that come AFTER being helped with something?

Fortunately, after I convinced myself that I may be able to w/d, I went and p*ssed through that 15K like I was already sitting on Gates' bankroll. Cry  And that is why, cursing myself, I was trying to redeem my comps.  Thank god I have no impulse control, cuz when they removed all the money from my account there wasn't even 1 cent left!!! Grin.  That made things between me, myself, and eye all good again  Wink :Smiley

Well, guess I'll be working on my law degree, looks like that's going to be far simpler than making a buck this way! :Smiley

These casinos are mostly the same, a bunch of a*****es I have never in my life came across a bigger bunch of annoying idiots in my life, they all lie, they all theive your money,and they just make up stories to suit themselves,i honestly dont know why we put up with it all.(they must be on some kinda bonus for annoying people)but
you could lodge a complaint with CDS Central Dispute Systems, I know that they have challenged quite a lot of  RTG casinos before, and they got me 300 from cirrus (another Bunch) they would not answer emails from me.and my withdrawal looked bleak.

Thanks billyeadie, good info and moral support but I was really only arguing on principle since I had already lost all the money.  I'll remember your advice in case I need it in the future when there is actually some money on the line.  Win, win, win!!!
