ALADDINS GOLD CASINO LIKE A DUMMY I DOWNLOADED THEIR SITE,NEVER PLAY THERE BEFORE AND REDEEM A 10.00 CHIP NDPFREE10 AND PLAYED A 5.00 SCRATCH OFF LUCKY 7 HIT A 500 SO I PLAYED A LITTLE LONGER LAST NIGHT AND LOG OUT.SO THIS MORNING I WENT TO LOG BACK IN GUESS WHAT?THEY SAID NOT ALLOWED TO LOG IN CONTACT SUPPORT!! CAN THEY DO THAT?I HAD ALMOST 2,150.00 LEFT

contact them and see what they want..maybe it is something simple. sometimes it is. may just be some more info you need to put on your account. Alladdins Gold is usually a good casino. Good Luck. Nal oh..nice hit by the way!  |

hi gang , i dont trust any casino, club usa gave me a free chip, and when my bal hit 50$ they dropped me to 00, so they were no better than the rest of them.a couple of yrs. ago i deposite a lot in casinos, and won a lot. i had netteller then, it was the good old days. but thats just me , gl and ty josie46 |

there are plenty online casinos to be trusted. i dont like RTG casinos. bad exp. microgaming, playtech and cryptologic casinos are the most trusted. never had any problems with them and the games are wonderful. |

I had like $900 after my playthrough requirements at Vip Lounge and they just cut me off while I was playing. Logged back in and balance was $0 I didn't even bother with support since everyone has already warned me about them. Good luck |

no luck i have tryed everything.i e-mail them 4 times since friday nothing evan went to chat they cut me off 3 times when i told them what happen,evan when i called i spoke with a chad he look up my account and next thing i know was a click! first time i use a chip with them oh well i give up,anyway thanks for your concern wont be playing there anymore.

4nana lots of the casinos have terms and conditions and restrictions on games for certain chips.... For instance if the terms were SLOTS ONLY your win on "scratch offs" is null and void. Also most casinos take away the money you accrued on the bonus chip when the playthrough is met. Also most casinos have a $100 MAX withdrawal on free chips so even if you won a $25,000 dollar jackpot after playthrough is met you will STILL only get $100 and the other $24,900 is forfeited. Also think about it from the casinos point of view... WHY keep giving you FREE  when you never "pay them back" i.e. deposit |

Quite true poker, except for one small thing. If I have violated a rule, then wouldn't it be in the casinos interest to say "Gee, we're really sorry, but the terms on the chip were violated. Sorry, but you cannot collect" Instead of "This is your problem? One momen...." Treating a customer rudely, gets it back in spades. |

what I'm trying to say is i just downloaded the site first time ever been there and used a 10.00 chip played a while and went to get in next morning i was not allow to log in. is what i was trying to say i didn't want the money i just wanted to play and i did not do nothing wrong.
