I parlayed this free chip into $1500 of which I supposedly can cash out $60.  I will file a step by step report on this process to keep all appraised of how VIP handles their payouts.

Ok.  This stopped at the first step Cheesy.  The max cashout for this free chip is $60.  However, unless you can get a neteller or click2pay account (which I can't, because I live in the US), you have to get a bank check withdrawl which is a minimum of $100. 

It was fun playing that $1500 like a nutcase though.
