I need some advice from those in the know please.
I recently used the VIP BANKROLL code at Vip Lounge Casino and received $1000 to play with.
While playing I got 2 random jackpots for a total of $7000.
I checked with their help desk and was told that no matter how high the balance got I could only cash out a max of $100. The rest of the balance would be lost. Credits reset to zero.
Over the next month or so I blew the balance---got killed playing cards---should have stuck to slots.
The thing is I have $674 in comp points so I contacted the help desk to see what the deal was with the points.
They told me that the comp points could be redeemed if I made a deposit of at least $50
They said that there is no play/ no max with the points
I asked if I could cash out the full amount and they said yes.
My question-- has any member here had any dealing with withdrawals at this casino
                    if so were you successful
                    do I risk the $50 dep or will I be wasting my time.
Your comments would be appreciated--to date I have never won enough to request a withdrawal so I'm kinda new to this.

WOW Congratulations!  I too won a random this week at cirrus but.... it was over 2,000 got it up to over $11,000 in 2 days but here's the catch it was with a free chip.  So if the rules are no max cash out over the free chip amt, they are being extremely generous by giving you the comp pts no play no max, even dep 50 and claiming the comp pts you could do 2 spins and cash out the 675? in comp pts. I knew better than to even request a cashout I know the rules and when your are playing with that much money (1,000 freechip) your bound to hit a random.  I was betting $5 3 spins when the random flashed on crystal waters.  But I was playing the $30 freechip. A) Try the withdrawal (send in your security docs in advance).

B) If it is declined, complain saying that it's not in the rules or that if its not allowed then they should have that built into their software  ;)

Yeah no playthrough probably means sticky so that sucks. All the rtg's usually have much better ones plus 100% for deposits $100 and over, and 100%+ insurance. But yeah sticky is actually harder to win off than ones with playthrough.

Sticky means you can't ever withdraw the bonus. So if you deposited $100, the bonus was $1000, meaning the total is $1100. Then you can't withdraw the $1000 bonus ever, which is why I think it sucks, cos if you get to like $500 or under it is very difficult to come back to over the $1000 mark...

I've played quite a few of these and have never won on them even though my balance was like $600 it still goes down quick and once you're in the hole its almost impossible to get back.

I am right there with you! I requested a cashout on 2/12/09, they approved it on 3/17/09 and it is now 4/22/09 and I still have not been paid! This really is ridiculous! I reported them to RTG and got an email back from RTG saying that I was paid on 3/17/09. What a crock of s***. I'm just wondering if you play a free chip after you play a free chip, do you get comps up? Even if you did and down the line won on those comps they'd nail it way down the line. And after waiting  so long not a good idea. They usually only allow you so much any way and toss the rest of comps away. I guess if I get really bored it might be worth a shot. Ingrid, if this bonus was limited to those people who came in thru an affiliate, why was Helwin permitted to redeem it in the first place?  Surely there must be a way for you- as well as other online casinos- to prevent players from redeeming a code that does not apply to them or for which they are not eligible? 
If online casinos ( most especially RTG) do not want to pay out on free chips, why permit the initial coupon redemption in the first place?

This is a good question and one I believe the RTG software has the capabilities to do. I know for example the Club World group has theirs set so ND chips cannot be accepted for depositing players, and at Casino 33 they have set theirs to recognize whether a second free chip in a row s being attempted and gives a "cannot be redeemed" message.

It is quite possible that a similar setting, one that meets your casinos own requirements yet still lets a player be somewhat assured that a code entered is one he will be able to fullfill all the T&C with a reasonable expectation of having it honored at completion.

What I do not know about is whether it can be set to recognise an Affiliation and link that player to their affiliate, in regards to a bonus code.

  This is a very delayed reaction on my part. I just read Ingrid Evans post in addressing my issue about a withdrawal on a free chip awhile back. Thanks for taking some interest in this, but it would have been less disappointing had someone told me that this chip was not for me and I was not going to get paid. Sooner or sometime thru later would have been much more humane. I had to dig it out of support after waiting and checking on status of it forever. It was a bit humiliating even for someone of my profession. It's the lack of personal consideration for the player, everyone is treated the same, by the numbers, or the book, or by the "crime" committed. Doesn't anyone there ever look at a players overall character and make a decision or an exception that this player has been following your rules and is serious about what they are doing. My time is more valuable to me than the $150 you say I was not entitled to. The playthrough and the waiting for nothing really took an effort on my part. Now I can't login with my password?

I was playing at VIP earlier today.  Tried to log back in a few minutes ago and its telling me that I had the wrong password.  So I clicked on "forgot password" and I put my email address in and they said my password was sent to my email.  I opened the email that they sent me and it was the same password that I have always had there.  So I tried to login again and it kept telling me "invalid login name or password"  I tried to reply to the email that they sent me and got a notice that the email was undeliverable.  Anybody know what's going on?  Thanks
