I'm wondering now if I should try to pursue the $150 I had been waiting for from Vip Lounge awhile back. I never got it I'm pretty sure I used MONSTER75. I have always been careful to check with them first or give a few codes for them to tell me what I can use. Since I have deposited there in between free chips I still tried to cover myself and not give them any reason to screw me over. If a chip has NEW in it, it's most likely for a new player. Does any one know what kind of code MONSTER75 was/is? It still burns me up that they did this to me. And I want to pursue it still. Any input would be so appreciated. I used a free chip on my first withdrawal ever from Silver Oak. I wasn't supposed to use that code, they helped me put it in and take it out. Thank goodness they didn't fight me. Till this day I've never deposited there. Sometime I will, but I've deposited alot at Vip Lounge. How wrong could that code be? How can they be so petty? We're calling ourselves "Whores" out here, so what does that make them?

Surely there must be a way for you- as well as other online casinos- to prevent players from redeeming a code that does not apply to them or for which they are not eligible?
If online casinos ( most especially RTG) do not want to pay out on free chips, why permit the initial coupon redemption in the first place? This is a good question and one I believe the RTG software has the capabilities to do. I know for example the Club World group has theirs set so ND chips cannot be accepted for depositing players, and at Casino 33 they have set theirs to recognize whether a second free chip in a row s being attempted and gives a "cannot be redeemed" message. It is quite possible that a similar setting, one that meets your casinos own requirements yet still lets a player be somewhat assured that a code entered is one he will be able to fullfill all the T&C with a reasonable expectation of having it honored at completion. What I do not know about is whether it can be set to recognise an Affiliation and link that player to their affiliate, in regards to a bonus code. |

Jimb a while back, which was really interesting to me..
I downloaded one of the Top Game casinos, went to chat
as it said to do to claim the bonus, and was told by chat
that i did NOT download from the link i was trying to get
the bonus for, i said yes i did.. chat told me i downloaded
from a different link, i'm not stupid i know where i downloaded the link
BUT come to find out that, as i was doing the search i had a window
open for the casino viewing the bonus, then found another
with a higher bonus amount but i did download from the higher one
BUT the window was still open on the other affiliate link.. she was reading
the first window i opened, so i beleive they can do it, also she refused
to give me the bonus from the link i DID download from, gave me the other one of which i first looked at.

just got nd code from vip lounge in an e-mail...VIPLNG50..won't work for me..said i had already redeemed it ?? never saw it before...may be old but i just got it today...maybe it will work for some one else, hope so.. |

This is a very delayed reaction on my part. I just read Ingrid Evans post in addressing my issue about a withdrawal on a free chip awhile back. Thanks for taking some interest in this, but it would have been less disappointing had someone told me that this chip was not for me and I was not going to get paid. Sooner or sometime thru later would have been much more humane. I had to dig it out of support after waiting and checking on status of it forever. It was a bit humiliating even for someone of my profession. It's the lack of personal consideration for the player, everyone is treated the same, by the numbers, or the book, or by the "crime" committed. Doesn't anyone there ever look at a players overall character and make a decision or an exception that this player has been following your rules and is serious about what they are doing. My time is more valuable to me than the $150 you say I was not entitled to. The playthrough and the waiting for nothing really took an effort on my part. The least you could do for me is to take me and that into consideration, especially after taking a look at it again. Thanks for listening and letting me take up all this room, helwin
