Would like to play except they have left a balance in my playthrough even though my bank balance is ZERO this is a way to block me from using codes until I deposit I guess.... Any one else encounter this problem?

I had that problem.if you used a casinomaster free chip it will leave you a playthrough until you have deposited
go to live support if you didn't use one of the casinomaster codes they will zero it out for you

Didn't work for me but I think I'll try it a little later.  For some reason it seems the codes are not working when they first come out.
