when I downloaded it i went straight to live support and told them I was a depositor at Golden casino and asked if they had any no deposit bonuses to try out there casino and they hooked me up with $20 no problem

Dunno who you talked to but you got off better than most. Who/e/mever they talked to wasn't us "Joe depositor" types.
After you FINALLY jump through their hoops there's a standard denial.
