Hey....just talked to CS at superbook.com. Their CS is fantastic!
I asked them the requirements for the $30 chip and here goes guys!
30x playthrough
no max cashout!
I also asked them about docs required when processing withdrawal and they said that no docs are required unless the address and name on the CC are different.
I redeemed the coupon yesterday and am already up 150 with just about 1/3 of playthrough left! Hope to win some!

What was the reason they gave you for not sending your money? Is this Sportsbook.com or Superbook.com? I just cashed out $50 with Sportsbook.com about a week ago and haven't gotten my check yet but so far haven't heard any decline. I also am currently playing at Superbook and so far have met the playthrough and am up about $180. I hope that I am not going to have the same problem you are having.

That happened to me too... but when i went into a game i actually had a balance.
It was kind of weird. When i came out of the game the balance showed up.
