  • this place is really making me laugh. I supplied all docs as requested, they then asked for another copy of my card as the original one was blurred, looked fine to me. Then to add to the confusion, im a uk citizen who is married to a portuguese guy and lives in portugal so they didnt like that my id is a uk passport but my country is listed as portugal, never had a problem anywhere else, so i explained the situation and then they asked for a copy of my marrige certificate to prove this!!!. Not much point in sending that as we got married in las vegas so our certificate is from the usa, i dont think they could cope with the confusion. I think i will just give up one this one.

    I spoke to the casino rep. This is the response I received about the transaction:

    melcb, there should never be a microtransaction when registering a card, i find that very very odd

    if there is a charge when you register your card IT SHOULD STATE THIS and that amount of that microtransaction should be then in your casino account balance, now i am really concerned about this, they have NO right doing a microtransaction without us knowing, no wonder i had problems when i registered my card, luckily i had no funds in that account which i used so this also explains why i had to send my ID, it is very strange though, a casino just should never be allowed to do this WITHOUT STATING IT IN BOLD LETTERS.

    this casino needs to REDO the website and add this text to the registration pages.

    I purely played "monopoly" slot machine (the 1 where you fill parking meter bonus and then in the main board game can hit the free parking square and spin to win the bonus amounts)

    Balance went up and down, but mostly stayed at £150.

    Then I hit a £150 win off a 60p spin. Met WR. Deposited £10, wagered the £10 twice and now have made a withdrawal where I should be paid the max amount (£100+£10 deposit back)

    I have just pm'd Christine the rep and hope the transaction will be sent to me quickly and without problems.

    From playing the slots they are not tight really (I rarely meet WR with a "no deposit" bonus), must of just hit them at the wrong time.
