meester Tee... when you say the code worked at both casinos (prism/sov) are you using different usernames when you redeem?  I can't seem to redeem the same code at both.

Someone told me they redeem it at one of them....don't play it but go directly to the other and redeem it there. I haven't done this myself but you could try it.

Of course don't expect to be cashing out then. I am sure it violates their terms and conditions....

i redeem them in one don't play go to other one and then redeem it there usually works if you don't start playing on it first.

I was able to redeem free coupon codes 300FREE for sov this morning 4-25-2008 but when I tried to redeem it at prism, it said it  had already been redeemed! - but it hadn't at prism! - only at sov! - in the past I had no problem redeeming the same codes at both casinos back to back! - what happened? -what trick did you do to get prism to also redeem code: 300FREE? :)  -- Can you help me redeem it please?!!!

 >:(, I hate when that happens...and it has happened to me also, until I learned this little secret, please read on...I'm sorry that you can't redeem it...did you play the $300 at sov before you tried to redeem it at prism?  You have to redeem them at the same time or sometimes they will tell you that it has already been redeemed.  I don't know any trick to get it redeemed, and I would not talk to them about it or they may lock you out.  Just keep in mind not to play one chip until you redeem it at all the casinos you can.

Could not redeem this chip at either Slots of Vegas or Prism.  I can understand Slots because I haven't Deposited there but I have deposited at Prism.  I think I'll contact customer service through live chat when I have time to find out why it did not go through at Prism.  I'll let you know what happens
