there's nothing in my acct either and i spent a bit there this past weekend. Went to live chat to see what's up, but live chat never gets to a person at this casino, for me. how about for anyone else?

josie46, I bet you are receiving emails from affiliates, not the casino itself.  They stand by every promotion they send out.  I have played with them for 3+ years, and have never had any problems. 

Most affliliate have links to the casinos that they attach everywhere, emails, forums, etc..  You should check where the emails are coming from, most likely it isn't coming directly from the casino.
