Dear Slotland Rep:
I was under the (possibly mistaken) impression that the purpose of the casino rep was to act as a player/customer advocate. If there's no second code, just say so.

I am so tired of casinos treating customers with dismissive disrespect. I had always considered SLOTLAND to be above that group. Maybe I've been wrong .......
