ok check this out. I used the 20bucks4u chip met the playthrough and when I go to cash out the minimum is $100 for overnight express.That is the only available means of withdrawal. The max cashout on that chip is $50, so what the heck am I suppose to do? Anyone have any ideas? I am going to be very mad if I can't get my money!  |

I have cashed out with them in the past and it will take several frustrating months to get paid. They send you a card you can withdraw cash on but they have so many fees for the card the fees will eat up about $40.....sorry

I tried to make an account with this casino but the sign up page said 'you can not log in please contact customer support'. So I had one of those annoying conversations with live chat that goes round and round in circles and they still don't understand my question after half an hour.  I'm guessing it's because I'm from Australia but when I asked for a list of countries which aren't allowed the casino host just said "it's on the website" but all I could find was a part of the t&c which said something like "certain jurisdictions" can not play, with no actual list. |

I used code 50free50 and won 175.00 i was able to cash out 100.00 but can only collect 75.00. I was told it will take 10 days to receive. I will keep you all posted on payout. Ive never received and winnings from a no deposit bonus so we shall see. G.L. everyone.  |

well folks I cashed out from the 20bucks4u free chip on January 8 and sent in my docs on January 9 and it is now January 26th and I am still waiting to be paid. It is still sitting there as a pending withdrawal. I have sent several emails asking where my money is and I get the same old junk! My patience is starting to wear thin! Is there someone I can contact to light a fire under them? With such horrible service why would I even bother depositing there? Would you? I haven't been locked out yet so I guess that is a plus.
