i talked my friend in to playing on RTG casinos and she redeem the code for no deposit and she was up to almost $3,000 and out of nowhere they just took her money. i think that is such a *******  considering the fact that she was entitled to cashout her winnings. They ended up leaving her about $90. I would not even bother with them anymore. RTG casinos r *******.  Angry Cry Angry Angry Angry

first, ask your friend to check out what is the max cash out for that free chip.  They left $90 in your friend acct, I guess the max cashout for that free chip is only $90

if they left her with $90, then that was the max cashout for that free chip...I don't really like rtg casino's myself, but you really have to read the terms and conditions for those free chips....of course they are not gonna pay you 3 grand for nothing, but your friend should really cash out that $90, and be thankful the she met the ridiculous playthrough requirements!!!

As you probably know, "RTG" (RealTimeGaming) is one of several software platforms for online gaming.  Some RTG site operators are very reputable such as the Club World family and InetBet.  I personally was paid $1000 (in less than 24 hours) on a $100 free chip issued by CW.  I would suggest calling out a specific casino group rather than a type of software.

Hey shaynec,
They left her with $90 because that was the max cash out for the free chip she used.  I learned long ago to always read the Terms and Conditions especially when it comes to bonuses and free money.  You might want to tell your friend that if she decides to redeem another free chip at that same site before making a deposit she wont be entitled to any kind of withdrawal.  The key to playing the "FREE CHIPS" is be sure to deposit in between or it is just like playing for fun.
