didn't get bonus, just said 'new promotions coming soon'
contacted live support and they said that I do not qualify for bonuses due to having accounts at other Rival casinos

Hello bczoom513, You might want to try and use the attachment (above) to download it, and see if it will let you through, without just giving you that promotion page. Also, I have accounts at other casinos, and I received the promotion too. Good Luck!!  |

they refused to give me the bonus also because i had accounts at other rival casinos...  makes no sense, they obviously don't mind you having accounts at their casinos, and have no problem taking your money...they just have a BIG problem giving out their own money!! |
