hello i`m new here, today i signed in the ringmaster casino,and i just reedemd the code AUGUST50FREE,maked the playthrough and arrived to 1500$,i thought i will try to ask a withdraw for 200$,so it left me 1300$,this i was continuing to play,suddenly from one moment to the other it was all gone and it left only 0,70$.i went to the cashier again and saw that also the withdraw was gone. did i make something wrong or is it normal that when somebody wins too mutch that they will remove everything? after the asking withdrawel i played maybe about 4-5 min then they cleared all the credits.... p.s. it s a nice site here and sorry for my englishgreetings from germany cinquett |

All free chips have a max withdrawal amount which r usually 1 or 2x's whatever the chip is that u claim. Usually when u make the playthru on a free chip your $ will automatically drop 2 the max cashout value. All free chips(FC)also have specific terms & conditions(T&C)you must meet 2 make requiremets,which u may have met, but the $ u had left in 2 play is still tied 2 the $ u were currently asking 2 withdrawal until it is either approved or denied. If u played outside their T&C with the remaining balance i'm sorry 2 have 2 tell u this, but it's a legit reason 4 them 2 not approve. I believe somethin' similar happened 2 Tinmanfan just last week so if u have any further ?'s, I do believe she would b the best person 2 ask.

Hey Cinquett~ Yes, Kitty is absolutely correct on the free chip policy stuff; the ONLY casinos I've ever been able to cash out an unlimited amount on a free chip were Microgaming, but that was several years ago before all this goofy no-U.S. legislation. Just an fyi, too, what happened to me wasn't in regards 2 a free chip. 2 sum it up, I was waiting on a withdrawal from Casino33, having won the jackpot, & attempted a deposit at their sister Playfair using a deposit code they (Playfair) sent me. The only thing that happened was they temporarily re-deposited my withdrawal back into 33, & denied my deposit @ Playfair. No harm, no foul, as I WAS able to again withdraw my winnings @ 33. My error was in trying to use another deposit match coupon, which I did not know was not permitted. My bad.... ****KITTY**** just an fyi.... I'M A GIRL  |
