Does anyone know the answer to this? I was able to make playthru and was going to cash out, but I was told since I used a free chip at one of their sister casinos, I wasnt eligible. Is that correct?

Unfortunately luckyirishgirl, it is up to the casinos descretion on ND chips. I would suggest thoroughly going over the terms & conditions on the casino site if u plan on diputing, but that will probably not do ANY GOOD. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
