The bonus they're giving is not a no-deposit bonus. It is an additional deposit bonus, and you need to contact support or the manager to claim the bonus. No where in the emails sent does it say a No-Deposit bonus. Yes, it's a bit misleading because I thought the same thing, but when I talked to support I found out that it was just an additional deposit bonus added for you to claim.

I did get it also, and was given with no problems BUT he did say that my next time would have to be a deposit that i have recieved other no deposit bonuses, but he was still kind and let me have it

i downloaded rich casino for the very first time yesterday and went to redeem my code and was told i already had an account there.  Well i must have an evil twin because when i requested my so called login info i was cut off so i went to live help again and was rudely told off and eventually told to email support because they could not help. I emailed support and have yet to hear..  This is the second casino that has pulled this.....

Dave was the one i spoke with, i told him about the email, he said one moment please, next i knew within just moments the 10 was in my account, i said thank you kindly, then he said you know you have gotten 100 and something in freebies and asked will i be making a deposit? I said to be honest im broke and trying to make some money so i can deposit, as soon as finances are better i will be, he said nothing more other then he typed a : - ) face..

I can't understand why some get so rude and some are so nice, that is so right about sending out emails and to honor them regardless of the players history... IF you were a regularly depositing customer, i'm wondering if anyone would of gotten the emails and the email honored with no problems or would there of been an excuse as to "this is for new people"...
