I contacted support about the RICHVIP50 which is listed on this forum as ND and they said it means an additional 50% bonus on deposits on top of whatever bonus you choose but its not no deposit.

ILL TELL YOU WHAT RICH CASINO DID TO ME,THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL TODAY SAYING THEY HAD ALREADY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT WITH A VERY SPECIAL BONUS! and to contact their account manager or rep right away!well i listened to it and logged on and the rep acted like he dident know what the heck was going on for about 5 minutes of dead silence,then i asked him if he would like a copy of the email,(i still got it)then he tells me no he knows about the email.so i sit there for another 5 minutes of silence and just logged off. wtf has just happened to me? im still pissed! lol enjoy the casino guys,and no there is no bonus the bonus phantom must have come and scooped it away while we sat in silence on both ends of our computers,brrrrrrr SCARY!!!
