I couldn't find the thread about the second chance for the RTG casinos, so please find it for me and merge it  if you so see fit.

I just wanted to know if you had heard back from the RTG representative.  Has any  thing been decided on approval for amnesty for bonus abusers? Are you in talks with the representatives about improving the reputation of the casinos?  Has the representative been back to the board to report the outcome of players with problems with their accounts?  I would be very interested in just what the rep. has in mind for improvements for the casinos for the future.  Huh? Huh? Huh?

Hello Perky, I sent the Rep/Manager Ingrid for Prism Casino a personal email last week and I just got an email from her today 8/11/09 apologizing for the delayed response. Also, the email included a fresh start bonus code that is actually pretty nice. Cheesy She did ask that I not post it here because the bonus has been created for individuals who have sent her their username and a request for a new start. So, I will give it a try and if I should win, we will see what happens. I am feeling her honesty at this point, but again only time will tell.  :-\
