Word of advice for Prism. Any complaints heard about them is true. I redeemed takescare40 successfully and played through the wagering requirements. When I contacted live chat regarding a withdrawl request they found an excuse not to pay out. I was told I had redeemed to many bonus chips and must make a deposit and any funds won had been removed. Needless to say I told Jenson to cancel my account and I would be sure to post my experience with this casino with others.   :)

Hi .. I've read things about Prism (not paying off for one reason or another), but I thought what the heck I'll give it a shot - after all it's their money not mine.  ;)

Anyway, long story short, on Mar 10 I redeemed a coupon for $44 (lost it). Then yesterday Mar 18, I redeemed a coupon for $88. I got lucky and built it up to about $400.

I read their T&C for general coupons - it said something to the effect "you can't withdraw if you haven't made a deposit inbetween the 2 subsequent coupons." Well, the way I read it is that since I only used 2 coupons, then I should be eligible for withdrawl. It also said I can only cash out 2x the amount of the coupon. ($166)

So ... after doing the playthrough, I stopped at $393 - I did a withdrawal for $166, leaving me a balance of $213.60 (and 2 comps). I'm hoping they'll pay this, because the way I see it, I didn't abuse the coupon.

I'll keep everyone informed - This is my first go at the ND casinos and it will be interesting to see what happens.

I completely understand what your saying. My problem is that most no deposit bonus codes that people are posting never include the terms and conditions. So each time you want to use a bonus code before doing so the only way to find out terms and conditions is to contact live chat w/ that casino to find out.  :-\

I too had a bad experience w/ prism casino. I used the bonus code takescare40. I played past the wagering requirements. When I contacted live chat regarding their withdrawl methods (Jenson) didn't even answer my question. He found a reason not to pay out. it has a max play thru and and a max cash out

which means   chip amount (50) x  60  for keno and slots    (3000.00)
or                  chip amount (50) x 120 for black jack and video   (6000.00)

some sites put it on the coupon page some don't

once u have made it thru the required play thru.........u can then cash out 
                   but   depending on site
  u may be able to cash at 2 X chip amount or the original chip amount (50)

the other problem is if u have play required showing, as long as your last transaction was a deposit ...and whatever promo the offered.  you can contact customer service and ask them to review your history, and tell them that the last transaction processed was a dep and promo....they will clear the required playthru showing, sometimes that will remain there thru the month, so if u want to dep and use promo u have to contact them each time.

once again as long as your last transaction was dep and promo, they will credit u  the chip u are trying to use

I'm sure it is good but the casino's keep the playthough so you can't redeem the free chips. How can you get around that? I'm assuming you can't.

They will clear the playthrough if you have met the wagering requirements.  You have to go on the live chat and ask them.  If they don't remove it just ask them how much wagering have you done, and how much do you have left to meet the requirement.

I had a large one  (play through) and i contacted support and said that i was going to make a deposit and the play through was sTOPPING ME, SO I asked rhem to remove it so that i could deposit, and they removed it and    I did not deposit  HA HA HA up them/  CROOKS

the reason i gave was that i will not deposit while that playthrough is showing there, because i told them if i wanted to withdraw. they would probably refuse my withdrawal and say you cant withdraw because you still have a playthrough.
