If you ask me this casino is JUNK and I have had NOTHING but problems with both sites! Not only did my casino 33 account get blocked for no reason, I spoke with Gabe on Live chat over a week ago and he said he he would put in a note to get it unlocked.... a week later STILL locked out! Then today I redeemed the QUICKCASH bonus and 4 times my session was closed and a message appeared  "your session was terminated by a network administrator"! If you have the power to terminate my session, you have the power to *rig* the payouts IMO. There is no way in HELL I will spend a dime at either casino and uninstalled both! Too bad considering I am a degenerate gambler with money to burn....Oh well uess I will spend it Casino Titan instead

You will get disconnected if playing progressives. I'm sorry you didn't get the message, Can I get your LoginID and I will look into it ?


Don't bother.... I uninstalled BOTH casino and REFUSE to spend a cent at either of them..... and like I said in a previous post.... I have $50 that says you will be considered a Rogue casino and get a LCB warning sign before the end of the month! I have been gambling online for YEARS and NEVER been treated or experienced what I have with these 2 "new" casinos

Well...POKEGIGGLES...Did it work? I don't see y it wouldn't b'cuz the free chip is advertised on their homepage, but I thought I would check back with u just in case u had any problems.

I just want to say exactly, what is so great about these 2 casino's.  "TRAINNING."  I had a $250 withdrawl from a $40 no bonus deposit last night and requested a withdrawl.  Rod helped me process the request and even sent me the faxback form.  This morning when I went to fill out the form I had a bit of a problem, emailed the casino, but I was a bit impatient.  So I went back to live support and before I could open my mouth, Cindy said, "I was just going to send you an email."  And now I can add "They read minds."  Fabulous Support!
