I got 25 at playfair now. I hade to use different login and email adress to create account. The web page at betfair says 55$ but I got 25, they told me the 55 chip expired after the weekend. They say that the web page wasn´t updated! I am happy for the 25 now!  |

I know I'm beginning to sound like a spokesperson for Playfair.. but oh well.. I got a call from Greg this evening and apparently there was a problem with my account.. I somehow had two accounts at casino33 and no account at Playfair.. They had already fixed the problem for me and for my inconvience..(which I had none since I knew nothing about it) They gave me a free chip!! I really do feel good about playing with them.. They have awesome support and the games aren't as tight as all other casinos I've played at.. Good Luck all.. Hope you enjoy the site as much as I have!! I had a problem there and I brought it to their attention and I'll tell you what this is one of the best casinos ever, because of my problem they fixed it, reassured me and gave me a free chip of $25.00 now thats customer service, I do believe this will be one of the goood ones, well I am hoping,,,,,,,,mrgmomma67 |

I had to get my account fixed at Casino33 (CJ, you DO have some good people there) and so while the CS was taking my info (They had to wait to fix, but they did fix) and was offered (If I recall correctly) a 300% bonus with NO max cashout.. Maybe you might ask for that..Or I might have been offered that as I have yet to deposit (I'm going to Wally world tomorrow!! I PROMISE!!!) |

I registered an account, spoke to Greg (very nice by the way) and he says Jimbeaux sent me has expired, as well as the $55 on their website. But, they will have new promotions within 72 hours, so I'm waiting to see what they have on offer.

Live support was kinda confused by my question, which is this: If I continue playing, on the 80 dollars withdrawable, will the 100 dollar bonus amount that's showing be deducted from my withdrawal amount of 400 dollars, or no? Live support kept asking me if I made the playthrough on the 400, which according to the site I did, b/c it was showing as withdrawable. Please advise, and THANK U |

If you loose the whole 180, then the 100 would be removed form the 400 at that time. That clear it up ? |
