yes....i decided to take a freechip....and then found out about casino33 and playfair going their separate ways, therefore recommended i open another account with a different email address....since i opened a casino33 account previously, i opened a new one with playfair...after contacted live support told her that i have two accounts with different email addresses and told her "Jimbeaux told me to do it" Laugh out Loud!  - she told me to hold on while she checked - she comes back and says "yes you have two accounts that  are active,  i will put your bonus in your account"..sure enough $55 was in my account - how easy & weird was that?

I got the bonus as well soda.. earlier in this thread you can see it
and did what i was supposed to do, but now it's locked.. casino33's
account works but not playfair.

Very nice and easy was getting the free chip..

imgination go to chat tell them you have been blocked because of the the dust settling right now they will help you close one of your account if you have two and un block you it happened to a friend of mine today as well they fixed it in no time if you have any problems ask for freddy or natalie tell them karen sent you you'll be fine i have it on very good info more chps coming soon to give everyone second chance even if you have already taken a chip these are really great people and will help

Imagination, contact live support at the casino that is locked. it is a glitch and they will fix it for you. you are right, is the second account thing... but it is an automatic thing the software is designed to do. has to be manually reset is all

OK so I signed in to Playfair today so I could cash out on my free chip and find out what docs, etc. they needed.  When I tried to sign in it said you are not allowed to log in.  I went to live chat and Tracy fixed it right away.  Must be a glitch they are working on. 

Told her I wanted to cash out my $55 because jimbeaux rocks.  In the end the outcome was that I had to send in my driver's license and Tracy would cash it out for me.  They didn't have many options for cashing out.  She said it will come by moneygram or western union with no fees taken out and would be cashed out within 72 hours. 

She also wanted me to fill out "the form."  I couldn't find it (thought it was a banking form) so she sent me the link.  It was a "for further information or questions" form with a send button.  I explained to her that I couldn't send it because it would show my normal email address and that I had to sign up with their casino with my yahoo address.  She said OK, just send the driver's license.

So what did I do?  I send my driver's license from my normal email address.  Didn't realize it until it was sent.  I sent another email explaining the reason for the different email address than what I signed up with.

This is my first cash out on a free chip.  I probably would have played on it for a while, but I wanted to see how payouts are with Playfair.  I will post again when it is received.

Not correct, you do not need any accounts closed for this to work, they will simply over ride it is all. Karen, thanks for your help, I would love to give you a special gift, mind pming me your login ID? You will have a nice surprise in your account next login

casino jack if she has more then one account she need to have one of them closed if she every wants to cash out i don't mean one at each resort i mean more then one at  the same at time of cash out she will never be paid if accounting sees more then one account i know this form other casinos and it's about the same policies everywhere
i appreciate the offer of a free chip but would not want to post my user name on a public forum at my age your worry about things i had to think twice about leaving my name but felt oh well what can they do with that hope you understand but thanks very much for your kind offer

you see the reason i am asking i have quite a bit of money in my account right now i hit big on sat was going to withdraw but decided to put it back in and try to get it higher then with all the dust wanted to see what would happen so i would really like to be able to some of it in both and at least feel i willhave a choice of where my money will go if not i may just pull it out and wait
