I just opened an account with Playfair and when I went to chat they told me I could only have one account and they blocked my Riverboat and Playfair accounts and only left me with Casino33.  Anyone else have this happen?

Hi everyone! Just wanted to say that I absolutly love all the peeps at all the sister casinos of casino33. The customer service is out of this world. They go beyond the norm. For you colywog, I would get in touch with jack the ndf rep of casino33 and i am sure he will get it all worked out for you, a couple of posts earlier he actually posted his toll free number, wouldn't hurt if you contacted him directly by either calling him or maybe "IM" him. I ahve cashed out with playfair with no problems at all and they are fast, i had my money like within 2 days. I actually talked to Erica a couple of weeks ago and she told me she tried calling me to wish me a happy new year and wondered how my holidays went, she wasn't calling me with any promos, just to wish me happy new year, I have become very fond of all o them there and are willing to help out with whatever the problem may be. I actually had a problem of scanning and getting all my documents sent and Erica actually talked me all they way through it, yes, over the phone. I am not computer wise and boy she deserved a couple of drinks on me that day! (lol) I will say colywog, you must have a different e-mail for the casino accounts you open, even though all your other info can be the same. Casino33 and all siser sites "rocks" in my book!

hmmmm.. I hate April fools stuff but when my exclusive lcb code wouldn't work I broke down and told live chat I was feeling 'left' out.  20 minutes later I was putting in my $50 withdrawal request!!!!  That was so cool.

I'll try to be as brief as possible and first off want to let you know I understand your rules for play at casino33 and don't have any issue in doing my best to abide by them and keep them under periodic review,

I am an LCB member, saw the LCB45 code there, and that you were a rival casino, so went to your website and first tried to play the flash version, but my husband's name came up, and then I noticed that the casino was already downloaded.  I thought maybe I had done that myself and so tried all of the login id's that I would normally use.  This was not the only casino I visited, but I do remember trying : jokXXXrs, chillymellow, oXXXXan, fleshharrower, and the only password I ever use for all my online passwords (except those requiring more letters/numbers...)

None worked.  I think it was at your site that it saidXXXinman was already taken, which I thought was odd as the password did not work.  I then did mskinman and was able to create my account using my main email address- oXXXXe.kinXX
n@att.net (I also have one other, chillymellow@hXXXXXXXcom).  I did not recieve an error that the email had already been used as well.

I couldn't get the LCB45 code to work so went to LIVE CHAT and the lefty bonus of $5 was awarded to me (thank you!).  The operator did say it looked like I had a duplicate account so I asked if it might be my husbands, who, as of March 27, 2010, no longer lives here or even in the same city.  I was allowed the $5 bonus.
I really liked the feel of the play on your slots, and was wishing the bonus could have been more than $5 as I was enjoying playing and in most instances $5 would not last long.  I was quite pleasantly surprised to find that I had good fortune and in 20 minutes had met the playthrough and, because at this point in time I really needed money coming into my household, decided to cashout.  I first played it down to the 50$ max.  I even posted on LCB how my experience had gone and was happy to let them know.  Earlier this morning I attempted to log in to check to see if I needed to send docs or make a small deposit, and was denied access.

If I somehow created two accounts for myself, I sincerely apologize for my error.  But, my husband did not only abuse his wife he also abused casino bonuses regardless of how irritated that made me for his attitude.  He has only once deposited anywhere, and that was with $25 that belonged to me.  I have found these logins for him -all of them- at several sites that I also visited:

So, if the reason I can't use your site, which I regret but can understand, is because of JacobXXXXXnser's abuse and disregard (he would not even go to work but was pushing spin day and night), well, I wish you would reconsider.  And even if you do decide I can play again, I doubt you will let me have the cashout I requested.  I'm not thrilled about that like I was thrilled to have $50 coming in so I could deposit $25 and eat for a week.  But I understand completely the business side of this picture which you naturally can defend.  And, it *was* April Fools day-perhaps you are carrying the joke on for the holiday weekend and I'm really not denied access and my withdrawal.  (lol)

Well, if I'm wrong about the possible reasons I'm not allowed to play, hmm...oh well...but please check your data for those multiple logins of Jacob's.  One more thing, I have inadvertently created  perhaps 3 multiple accounts on 3 different sites since my laptop died - it had all my logins and links.  I couldn't remember all the sites and logins and did unintentionally create multiple accounts.  I have self-reported these as I have become aware, to the support staff  at the sites.  Also, I have a signed statement from Jacob that he no longer lives here with me in case you need to see such a document to make any consideration of my status with casino 33.
