Easy, Jack, my criticism was not directed at you. And all you defenders of the right can ease up. My intent was not to malign the man. If you read back you'll notice you & your proven responsiveness are the very reason I brought my complaint to this forum. You & your efforts (as chronicled in this thread) are the only reason I even considered Playfair since so many RTG sites...well, you're in the industry so you know.
Without an "on-site rep" person like yourself these problems would languish in limbo as so many unfortunate online gaming disputes do.
Of course I want you to have your meal & your social life, sir. I heartily approve of good food, wine & women, and I wouldn't want you to keep the lady waiting alone at the table on my account. ;) I do hope you've competent help you can delegate these things to so you can actually have a life.
As for fair, I'm not sure describing a chain of events or my view of them can be fair or unfair. In my posts I've also listed all the positives I could find & if I haven't let me reiterate:
Live help (at Playfair) was prompt & responsive when first I signed in & asked to have the account checked & the promo credited. Perhaps my error was in leaving well enough alone then instead of double checking my own records. If I had checked I would have found that you're right; I HAVE received 3 chips, 2 at Casino 33 & jimbeaux's promo at Playfair. I posted immeditaely when I found the account unlocked & remainder of the chip restored.
But there's the rub. Why are you the only person who can fix these things? Why must you interrupt your time off? That's where I hesitate & why I use the word "probation" instead of something stronger. I'd like another good site on my very short list but imagine if I'd deposited & then been locked out. If support had said, sorry, can't do it then I'd have known to wander to Wally-world & make my depo first. If they had answered my email (which still hasn't been answered by support, btw) or live help not left me sitting for 1/2 an hour after I'd been locked out, we wouldn't be discussing this.
Since support is the "face" of your casino, errors & bad info from them is devastating--which I'm sure you know. Your response was comparitively swift & effective--but where was your staff, the folks who should have addressed this in some fashion before it came to this? That, sir, is what I'm watching for: competent, quick staff to back you & your efforts up. While you're doing a great job the lady sits alone eating bread sticks, yes? And that shouldn't be.

I made a $25.00 deposit yesterday and I didn't use any bonus just a straight deposit of $25.00 so am I eligable for a free chip? I redeemed 1 free chip, then I deposited $50, got a big bonus on it, played it out. Made another deposit a few days later-NO BONUS ASKED-got it up to a lil over $600. W/D request made on a friday & Monday I got the cash via Moneygram (which they paid the fees 4 my 1st w/d)

I just signed for a casino33 account today and used 2 free chips in a row. Lost them both. Signed up for a playfair account a few minutes ago and had to use a different user name and e-mail address. I then went to live chat to get the 55 free chip they offer on their websight and was told i realdy redeemed two bonuses for $75 at casino33 and they will not give me a free chip at playfair.
