    We try our best. I am here most of the time, and I think i respond pretty quick. I have not seen one issue of anyone not getting paid, or being paid late.     What is it with casinos taking away free chips from depositing members anyway. We should b rewarded, not penalized.
    Every time I deposited, it seemed like a constant struggle just 2 stay afloat.I can't stand havin' 2 put up with crappy payouts like that. It's very draining & extremely disappointing. I don't think I will b making anymore deposits there in the near future.

    Casinojack...I would like to add that I don't want u 2 think I am unappreciative, b'cuz I am, but even the ROGUEST of all ROGUES offer free chips 4 their depositing members.

    This is incorrect, I will correct customer service. I think the confusion is that as of today, ALL free chips that are currently available for new players only. We DO give depositing players a Manager free chip, but is not a policy every deposit gets a free chip.

Not only did my casino 33 account get blocked for no reason, I spoke with Gabe on Live chat over a week ago and he said he he would put in a note to get it unlocked.... a week later STILL locked out! Then today I redeemed the QUICKCASH bonus and 4 times my session was closed and a message appeared  "your session was terminated by a network administrator"! If you have the power to terminate my session, you have the power to *rig* the payouts IMO. There is no way in HELL I will spend a dime at either casino and uninstalled both! Too bad considering I am a degenerate gambler with money to burn....Oh well uess I will spend it Casino Titan instead

  • Hi guys.. Sorry to have posted and then disappeared.. I had to take a trip to Texas!! Anyway.. I reversed my withdrawal and played it all away (What an idiot.. huh?).. Thing is.. I had a blast playing and for anyone who's complaining about free chips.. Let me just say this.. If you think you deserve a free chip (depositors) just go to live support and talk to them.. You just might be surprized!!  I personally don't like all the free chips some casinos offer.. Most of the time players end up getting in trouble with them.. They will hit something big and can't cash out. I really like the way Playfair and Casino33 handle their free chips.. Talking to support has always been a pleasant experience for me..   • Don't even feel bad for 1 minute gofish01.  I did the same thing!

    I had 2 pending withdrawls, $250 @ Casino33 & $150 @ Playfair.  The Labor Day weekend was soooo loooong, every time I went to the cashier to make a small deposit, the withdrawls were in the way.  If I wanted to play there, I had to take the money out of the withdrawl.  I asked live support about this, but they said that is the way it is set up, smart casino's.  So, lost it all!
    I read your post and went and asked if I could get a free chip and they told me; I got my free chip and was never going to get another one!
    That hurt my feelings.  The "only 1 free chip" rule is the only thing that will really keep me from making as many deposits to them as I do to say, "Vegas Regal," now they know how to give out free chips!!!
    Hope maybe later that they will change that rule!

    No chip abuser here; but there have been postings by some members who HAVE followed the rules re: free chips & have still not been permitted 2 cash in winnings.  I have a select group of casinos that I use ONLY 4 free chip fun, as they r known rogues. If I want 2 make some bucks, I make sure I deposit @ a casino where I HAVEN'T redeemed free chippers... just a good way 2 make sure I'm not disappointed smiley

    Welcome to LCB; I find it very helpful 2 talk 2 live chat about what promos they offer.  Quite often I've gotten some real nice deposit match promos that are NOT adverstised smiley  Live chat reps @ both of these casinos r phenomenal & will politely answer any questions u might have.
    The best way 2 explain about the bonus not being cashable: Say u make a deposit & the casino matches your deposit amount for, say, 100%.  U can't then go & try 2 withdraw the 100% match amount.  There is a playthru amount u r required 2 reach before u can request a cash-out. For instance, I redeemed a 333% deposit match on my deposit of 25 dollars.  I had 2 play thru this 33x be4 I could request a cash-out.  When all was said & done, I did make the playthru & had several hundred dollars 2 request 4 cashout.  Unfortunately, I decided 2 keep playing & ended up losing:)

    U know the funny thing about this is that I asked the very same ?

    I was trying 2 make a deposit @ casino33 & for some reason they would not except my debit card so I contacted support. I was then told that my account needed to be validated verbally so they needed to call me. I ended up not being able to get the card to work there so I then decided I would just make a deposit @ playfair instead since I had used the card there b4 with no problems @ all. I contacted support there to check out the current offers & was very much surprised when the it ended up being the very same person I had just talked 2 @ casino33. So that's when I asked him, not only blueday's ?, but a few others as well.

    I would like to add...that personally I have never had any problems with either of my accounts like others have like getting locked out & such, but I still don't understand y it is still such a problem.

    I've been following this thread & it seems that there's a whole lot of problems that range from unresponsive support to "accidental" lockouts to chip/$$ disputes. It's good that someone is trying to fix it, but that doesn't outweigh the bad if it's my cash they've locked up & having to wait nearly a day to have it fixed.
    I see the same complaints & the same patterns repeated which says to me someone needs to address those core issues. Until I see proof of that it's back to the Cube. Oh, did I mention I STILL haven't had a reply from support? If I hadn't posted here it would still be locked. Not with my money they don't  wink

    i have a question for playfair casino..i hope u can help me with this please casino jack: i played on a 25.00ndb  i was playing 1.25 a spin i had something like 243.00 (not exact but well over 200.00) i was doing auto spin at 25 spins when i looked up again i had 44.00 and about 12 more spins to go...i am assuming i met playthrough requirements and was left with the 50.00 that i could withdrawl...i decided to let the spins spin out wellllll, i got five of something and it went to over 200.00 before the spins finished i received 20 free spins and finished at over 300.00..what exactly can i withdrawl only 50.00 or what i made from the 50.00 after they took away the excess when i reached the playthrough requirements.. i will await ur answer before i withdrawal or lose it all..

  • I go to live chat when I have a problem with a casino.  If you can't log into your account go to the casino's main page from the internet.  For Playfair, live chat is at the bottom on the right.  Talk to them and get your problems solved.

    I won on the free chip from Playfair and got paid right away.  It was the first free chip I had ever cashed on, although I do not play many.  Since then I have deposited more than I want to admit to Playfair, yet I don't hold it against them.
