Here we go again. Last night after having live support check my account at Playfair I requested & received the promo code for "jimbeaux sent me." I was playing along in approved games & was suddenly locked out.
I had support check my account first to ensure I hadn't double chipped or had duplicate accounts because I intended to deposit there this morning. A few minutes later I checked & found my Casino33 account locked as well--apparentlly they ARE still connected, all statements to the contrary by their staff not-withstanding.

I could understand if I'd made an error (and I still might have & missed it in my own records), but I specifically had live support check FIRST from inside the casino cashier so there could be absolutely no confusion. No offense, but all the RTG sites look alike so I ALWAYS have my account checked prior to redeeming a ND chip or depositing.

I'd thought to deposit at Playfair as they clearly have a responsive casino rep here and seemed to be working hard to be both fair & professional. Now I'm glad I didn't and I won't until this is cleared up.

So, first, why (assuming this is my mistake) did Live Support give bad info & credit the promo at Playfair?
Second, why, when we're told repeatedly that Playfair & Casino33 are no longer "sisters," are accounts still linked?

Thanks...rubyblue

U know the funny thing about this is that I asked the very same ?

I was trying 2 make a deposit @ casino33 & for some reason they would not except my debit card so I contacted support. I was then told that my account needed to be validated verbally so they needed to call me. I ended up not being able to get the card to work there so I then decided I would just make a deposit @ playfair instead since I had used the card there b4 with no problems @ all. I contacted support there to check out the current offers & was very much surprised when the it ended up being the very same person I had just talked 2 @ casino33. So that's when I asked him, not only blueday's ?, but a few others as well.

I would like to add...that personally I have never had any problems with either of my accounts like others have like getting locked out & such, but I still don't understand y it is still such a problem.

Is best to have one account at both. Sadly with the whole fiasco created when were sisters was the issue, but should be ok now...

Maybe the reason I have never had problems is b'cuz I had not joined either site until after they split.

That's ok. Wish I'd have at least been able to play jimbeaux's promo but I'll go with the RTG site I've been with--they've never given me bad info on my account (which is the kiss of death) & they've always honored their offers & even helped keep me from making a chip/dupe error. Now THAT'S the service I'm looking for!
Also, notice the 65 ND is still showing on Playfair's home page? Notice how it still doesn't work?
So I'm seeing a mean line talked but no walk and you know what they say about that...money talks, (explitive) walks  Wink

Happy gaming!

Quick update...
My accounts have been re-opened & my prior balance restored. I didn't receive a response from "support" (still) but I did check & find the accounts re-opened.
Thanks!

Thanks, kitty. I'm afraid Playfair & Casino33 (since they're now the same according to Jack) will have to remain on probation as far as I'm concerned.

I've been following this thread & it seems that there's a whole lot of problems that range from unresponsive support to "accidental" lockouts to chip/$$ disputes. It's good that someone is trying to fix it, but that doesn't outweigh the bad if it's my cash they've locked up & having to wait nearly a day to have it fixed.
I see the same complaints & the same patterns repeated which says to me someone needs to address those core issues. Until I see proof of that it's back to the Cube. Oh, did I mention I STILL haven't had a reply from support? If I hadn't posted here it would still be locked. Not with my money they don't  Wink
Ya'll have great luck & win big!

I just want to say exactly, what is so great about these 2 casino's.  "TRAINNING."  I had a $250 withdrawl from a $40 no bonus deposit last night and requested a withdrawl.  Rod helped me process the request and even sent me the faxback form.  This morning when I went to fill out the form I had a bit of a problem, emailed the casino, but I was a bit impatient.  So I went back to live support and before I could open my mouth, Cindy said, "I was just going to send you an email."  And now I can add "They read minds."  Fabulous Support!

Wow!

Not really fair...You sent me a PM last night, i was at dinner with my GF. I went ahead and used a computer at the restaurant (I know the guy) to hurry up and unlock you. In my haste to run back to my girl and not be single I didn't reply to your PM, I had forgotten and I am sorry.

I know I respond faster to most requests faster to most requests by any casino in any forum. So pleas weigh this in your descion.

You have redeemed 3 free chips so far, so we cant be to bad, we kept making exceptions for you.

I am in just disbelief that someone says these things.

Well, sorry we couldn't make you happy, Good luck.
