If you ask me this casino is JUNK and I have had NOTHING but problems with both sites! Not only did my casino 33 account get blocked for no reason, I spoke with Gabe on Live chat over a week ago and he said he he would put in a note to get it unlocked.... a week later STILL locked out! Then today I redeemed the QUICKCASH bonus and 4 times my session was closed and a message appeared "your session was terminated by a network administrator"! If you have the power to terminate my session, you have the power to *rig* the payouts IMO. There is no way in HELL I will spend a dime at either casino and uninstalled both! Too bad considering I am a degenerate gambler with money to burn....Oh well uess I will spend it Casino Titan instead

so, i have a question that casinojack sort of just answered...still a bit confused though...if the free chips are for new customers only, then why do we keep seeing depositing players say they used one? I have tried more than once after deposits to use a free chip to no avail?? And is he saying that now we should use the same account at both again?? I tried that too and it didn't work? Help!?! lol

I had a problem or 2 as well, so I went directly 2 CasinoJack & he took care of it IMMEDIATELY; sorry you've had such bad experiences :^(

Hi Smartstylist~ It's true that other RTG casinos permit many 'free chip' redemptions; HOWEVER, they will not pay on these free chips if you have not made a deposit in-between, so what's the point in using them? Also, they frequently have ridiculous play-through terms. In addition, with the majority of these free chips you can only cash-out 2x the chip amount. I'd rather deposit a minimum of 25 dollars, use a deposit match bonus w/ relatively low playthrough, and be confident that the casino will pay. 33 is reputable in this regard. If it's practice play you're interested in, you can always choose the play for fun option. I've been playing on-line casinos for years, & 33 & Playfair r breaths of fresh air, believe me

I haven't seen this case...We do an en of month thanks you chip, the first week of the month. If you give me your LoginId I will fast track it for you..

We try our best. I am here most of the time, and I think i respond pretty quick. I have not seen one issue of anyone not getting paid, or being paid late. We still have some kinks to iron out, and if we are not for you, I understand, and I wish you well. But hopefully you give us a chance to be your casino.

This is almost the exact conversation I had with Rosie earlier 2day. What is it with casinos taking away free chips from depositing members anyway. We should b rewarded, not penalized. Every time I deposited, it seemed like a constant struggle just 2 stay afloat.I can't stand havin' 2 put up with crappy payouts like that. It's very draining & extremely disappointing. I don't think I will b making anymore deposits there in the near future. Casinojack...I would like to add that I don't want u 2 think I am unappreciative, b'cuz I am, but even the ROGUEST of all ROGUES offer free chips 4 their depositing members.

I think the confusion is that as of today, ALL free chips that are currently available for new players only. We DO give depositing players a Manager free chip, but is not a policy every deposit gets a free chip. Thanks for bringing this to my attention... PS: I noted earlier today you got $10.00 free chip?
