I think I have spoken to nearly everyone at playfaircasino. I was aware of the playthrough and no max cashout on the 777% but I do not recall or remember being told that there was a max cashout on the insurance second chance bonus. Otherwise I would have only cashed out that maxed bonus and played on the rest just for fun....sigh. My 900 dollar withdrawal. I only received 125dollars of it because apparently there was a 5x amount of deposit max cashout. Gee I wish they would make that known upfront. I am very disappointed. Natalie is looking into it for me. But I know I will never receive that other 775 dollars or even a portion of that money. Because that is they way my luck goes. For the first time in years I actually won money on an online casino and then uggh it becomes a disappointment. I hope in the future I know to ask more questions than I did and get better clarification on the guidelines for the specific bonus. I thought I was being proactive with the questions I asked but I guess I did not ask the right questions. Don't get me wrong Live chat and the reps here have been great and have been helpful. but nothing is more disappointing when going to pick up a moneygram you think is for 900 and it ends up only being 125. on a good note I did receive the money within 24 hours of faxing my information. |
