<<<<< patiently waiting til friday so I can deposit with playfair.. I found the games there to play better with the free chip I got.. sorry Jack.. I will play again at Casino33 I expect.. but only time will tell.. I commend both sites for having on hand reps here to answer questions!! ;o)

Thanks for your help casinojack. Yes I got the popups I appreicated it. Unfortunately the last popup that you sent which said I only had 225 left to go was not correct according to live chat. When I checked with them about 10 minutes after the last popup they told me I still had over 500 dollars to go until I met the 3500 playthrough. So now I am still playing but I am monitoring what I spend on each spin to see if my numbers match with theirs. I hope they get the playthrough issue not showing up on account fixed soon because this is sooooo frustrating not knowing at any given time what your status is.

Whoo Hoo finally met the playthrough and was able to withdraw 900 dollars. Let you all know what happens.

You guys at playfair should be proud of you live chat they are very nice and helpful and I am someone who knows about good customer service as I have been a customer service supervisor for 14 years for a major book company and I can honestly say you guys rock.

I was told that if you have recieved a free chip one you can't recieve a free chip at the other.  Huh? which is it???

I also got that 777% bonus from freddy on my 1st $50 deposit yesterday. When I saw the playthru was $14,500 my jaw almost hit the floor. Needless 2 say I did not make it...and do not recommend going 4 the 777%, the 400% I was offered would've been the better choice I think.

that's why i love the second chance bonuses you get 350 the first time and 250 the second or something like that but you can make the play thru on one or the other
