contact their livechat or hit CasinoJack and PlayfairRep here on this thread. The lockout's are a temporary glitch that is occurring as the 'Sisters" split into two seperate unconnected casinos. it is a problem that they are aware of, but as the databases become independent the problem will go away.

(Some patience may be required as today is a holiday in their country so we may not have quite as much contact with the two rep's today... something about having a life or somesuch. grin)

I just had YET ANOTHER EXTREMELY PLEASANT conversation w/ customer service Claire @ Playfair; she took care of opening my account w/ different info, with NO problems, plus credited my account with the PITCHME10 bonus.  Uh, Casino Jack, I did tell her that she deserves a raise Wink

WaHoo!  I got my payout on the free chip from Playfair today.  Got an email yesterday that it was available in my city by moneygram yesterday.  Couldn't get there yesterday, but went today (there is one very nearby) and got my $55 in cold, hard cash.

I just signed up at Playfair and on their homepage said you get a $55.00 sign up bonus I had problems went to live chat and got $10.00  was told the 55.00 had expired thats kind of misleading
