i used a ND bonus code and i won about 1.220.00 dollar i sign out of the casino and i signed back again my money was gone.why do they do that ,it must be something we
can do to make then stop,my view is if nobody play at their casino anymore they  have to close.
maybe they will learn if there is no costumers, they have no business.
its just an idea its not only for the money but for the aggravation. Huh?

I am sorry to hear that. I also have some bad experience with few casinos. I used n/d bonus $50 at coolcat casino  and made to $21.000.00 tried to withdraw some but nothing ever happened and had $189 comp points and they took it away from my account. Cry I once deposited money at SUPERSLOT casino and they didn't credited me and I went through difficult time to get my money back like crazy but the end I gave up cause it was not worthy of my time. Their customer service pretend to be good but in a long run they are all the same. Nothing is free!!! I have learned that. Grin

This is the first reply that I am posting.  I just can't resist.  The same thing just happened to me at Club Player Casino.  It seems they are coming up with new reasons to take away (now I should say "confiscate") our money.  The did a Promo Withdrawal Request and then an Approval.  I've never seen any request approved so quickly...  Go figure!  They did however leave me a balance to play with... A whole .02 cents... Laugh out Loud!   :-\

Same thing happened to me last week. I was playing at Party Casino and I had Rain Dance free spins that kept repeating a bunch of times so I was up to over 300 free spins at one point.  It was alot of fun for a while until all of a sudden I looked up and all my free spins that I still had left were wiped out and my balance went to 90 bucks.  I had over 4,000 in there at the time.  When I talked to live chat and nicely asked where my money and free spins went he was a big jerk and said he was going to lock my account and then he stopped the chat.  Oh well, it was fun while it lasted and I played it for quite a while while watching the football game.  Played it on a free chip so cashing out was about as likely as me winning the lotto.  I am hearing lots of BAD stories about RTG.  If they want to they can basically just cut you off.  I wouldnt advise depositing at any of the RTG casinos.  Merry Christmas Everyone!

Skipbull, what happened was you met the play through requirements so your balance went back to the max amount you could withdraw.  I think it is the casinos way of letting you know you could request a withdraw.  If you notice when you use a no deposit code it states something about your balance being returned to the amount of the code once you have made the play through requirements.

I hope this helps!   Smiley

Thanks Shelli, that makes sense.  I do remember reading that when I redeemed the code.

I had a similar experience.  I had a nd $50, made it to $22,850.00, logged off, went back to the next day and it was all gone.  They wouldn't give  me a straigt answer, so I gave up.  It is so frustrating.

This entire group of casinos requires a DEPOSIT, before you use a code, and they will send depositing players the codes, which are specifically for the depositing players...

When you just grab someone elses codes from a ND bonus website, and play, what do you expect?

hey hokie why do these casinos except the code from non depositing players? this next year is going to be tough and casinos will get hit hard so i guess good customer or possible customer relations is going to be hard. the rude/poor customer relations/non paying ones etc will be hit first and a good job too.

i did deposit with them and i got no deposit codes in my email ,maybe we just need to face it no matter what we always are the wrong party ,they just don`t care, they won`t give a reason they lock the accounts, they say we have multiples account they say whatever.they want our money but when you  got luck they do not want to pay that is the reality. in my opinion.

All of theses scamming casinos need a DOS attack on them. This will not allow anyone to login to an account.Because there servers will be flooded with traffic, they will loose bigtime money and will be forced to play nice or close down. Most of the bad on-line casinos are not governed by anyone. If you had about 100k you can open your own on-line casino. It's not that hard to do, Costa Rica has a website that will sell you a up and running casino and sports book. The problem is simple no regulation who you going to call with a problem? Not the casino because you can't do anything to hurt them, or can you? Just google Denial-of-service attack. That is all you need. Then find a good proxy account in the country the casino is in and run your dos.
Just a thought. Grin
