Congratz on the hit TXInspector. I have to say I know what a rush it is to get that big hit (mine have not been quite That big) but now the reality sets in.

Free chips are fun but there are a few restrictions and qualifications to using them.

First is the Playthrough thing where the value of the chip must be played through a certain amount of times, in this case you will have no problems achieving that.

Second is the Max cashout restriction for most free chips. typically it is 2 times the value of the original chip in general, but some chips may go as high as 5 times the value or in very rare circumstance an unrestricted chip. this code is not unrestricted and I believe its max will be 2 times the value.

I know it is hard to see that big win up there and not be dissapointed but if you look at it as being similar to a tourney where you are playing for a set Prize amount ie $200
with the amount wagered and won being the factor to determine who gets the $200 prize, you are closer to how the chip actually is paid out.

There are a few other factor's involved in making a successful cashout claim, particularly important  at this casino you won in, and that is being sure you have met other terms and conditions set by the casino for using the chip. If this is the first chip you ave used at the casino, and you only have a single account/id associated with your address (both physical and ISP) then you probably will be able to claim the max cashout. If you have used a chip at this casino in the past you must have made a deposit with the casino prior to using this chip to be able to request a payout. If not, all winnings are forfeit. If you have two accounts (even if the other is your wifes who logs in from her own computer but shares your ISP) the win is voided...

And finally, this casino, and others like it you see on this section of our board have a Yellow Warning sign on the front of their threads. this is due to a past history of being extremely slow and reluctant on making actual payouts. Some people have successfully made a claim and withdrawl from Palace of Chance but the average time from request to the money actually being in your account can be anywhere from 1 month to almost 4 months and that is typically with frequent frustrating daily email sessions and back and forth's with the casino reps.

All that said, My best suggestion, if you feel you have met the requirements for the chip, contact their live support and ask what the procedure should be to begin a withdrawl. Be prepared to see every penny above the Max cashout removed (as per the terms and conditions of the chip).

Now as a final observation regarding hitting a Jackpot pool. Depending on what type of progressive pool you hit, Random or Cumulative there may be a slight glimmer of hope.

In a Random jackpot, typically the jackpot pool is generated internally at that one casino as a percentage of all wagers made on that game. Because it is internal, the casino really has carte blanche as to how it deals with the payouts.

In a Cumulative jackpot, the pot is fed by multiple casinos using the software and as the moneys are coming from all those different casinos, the other casinos will watch closely how the win is handled. If Palace of Chance Voids the win the jackpot moneys will have to be reinstated to the game you won on or the pot is returned to all of the contributing casino's involved. If Palace of Chance were to try to void your collection, yet claim the jackpot as won (incidentally using your user name and announcing in a Media campaign your big win, for example) you may have other casinos fighting the decision.

Big Jackpot wins are a great advertising opportunity for all casinos, which is why they exist. It drives more customers to their sites in the hopes of being as lucky as you were. It is possible, after talking with live support you will have a better understanding of where and how your particular circumstance will play out.

Perhaps other members who have been succesful at recieving a claim from Palace of Chance can give further insight but I will ask that you start a new thread in the "Casino" general thread there perhaps titled "Claiming the Jackpot". Many of our members, I am sure will be interested in following your experience and rooting you on with comments and learning from your experience.

Seems it is either one or the other with CoolCat and Wild Vegas.
