 >:(I I WAS PLAYING AT PALACE OF CHANCE WITH A NO DEPOSIT BONUS LAST NIGHT....BY THE EARLY MORNING I HAD MORE THAN $1,400.00. i HAD SIGNED OFF TO GET MY CREDIT CARD TO MAKE A DEPOSIT, WHEN I TRIED TO SIGN BACK IN THE CASINO HAD LOCKED MY ACCOUNT NOT LETTING ME SIGN IN TO COLLECT MY WINNINGS> AFTER CONTACTING THEM I WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE THERE WAS MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT FROM THIS HOUSEHOLD THAT I WAS VIOLATING THE RULES AND THAT WAS THAT. I HAVE BEEN PLAYING AT THIS CASINO WITH THIS ACCOUNT FOR MONTHS AS HAVE MY ROOMATE NEVER HAVE THEY HAD ANY PROBLEM LETTING US PLAY UNTIL WINNING  MONEY THAT THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY. SEEMS LIKE MOST OF THESE CASINOS DO THIS ARE THERE ANY THAT WE CAN WIN AT AND ACTUALLY GET WHAT WE WIN?Huh?Huh?

These RTG casinos always find a reason not to pay you and when they cant find a reason they take several months to pay up and look big.

The exact thing happened to me at this casino. I won appx $800 dollars, and right in the middle of the game it told me I was locked out and when I got live help it told me I had multiple accounts, and also free chip abuse. Both of those reasons were not true. I gave up on all RTG casinos. They are trash.

I myself tried to withdraw my winnings of $2860.75 last week and they said i abused the chips. I had just deposited and won 980.00 and requested my withdrawal then waited 2 weeks to get money and when it didn't come i got 2 live persons and they were both very rude and disconnected from me. I went to my acct history to see what was there and it showed they denied the $980.00 but manager approved the $2860.75. Figure that one out. But the guy said it was manager approval for denial. So i have taken action and contacted centraldisputesystem.com and filed a claim. it will take approx. 3 weeks to get an answer and hopefully my withdrawal.

slots2c, I went to centraldisputesystem.com to file a complaint against palace of chance regarding my winnings also but it says I need an id number and passcode.  How do I get this?

Let me put it this way : if you want to lose your money, play at RTG casino's cause they will glad to suck your wallet empty. and drive you crazy and wasting your precious time.
it's a parasite to all casino's.

they do have too often free Money$ promotions and that's the bait.

Hello All love this forum!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE people do not waste your time or your money with this casino, I cant believe its still in business!!. If your looking for a dodgey casino Palace of Chance is the right place to be. Sometime ago I was a depositing totally legit player at this casino not knowing any better and somehow I managed to get a win of almost 30K no bonuses just luck couldnt believe my luck....yeah right.  When I tried to withdrawer I was told I could take 2K a week, long story short it took 2 months of constant emails to the manager before I even saw any money they finally paid me 2K then told me I couldnt just withdrawer the money weekly I had to keep playing the money I had won.  I played no coupons, no bonuses there was no playthrough they are just dodgey I never saw anymore of the money. My advice stay away.

If you love RTG games try extreme casino they may not have too many bonuses but I have won there a number times and always received my winnings instantly.

Boo Palace of Chance when are we going to see them out of business?

Rhonda46 i believe when i clicked on "file claim" is where it brought me to some info I needed to fill out and thats where it asked me for username and password. Then i received an email from them with my id and password to be able to log in to track my complaint.
